Hi, The idea here is that some people can multitask better than others (e.g., women can listen to two conversations at once), and so it may make sense to provide a mode in Chrome where you can more easily do two or more things at once.
For example, you might show two tabs at once in the same window, one that is the most recently selected tab and the other being the tab selected just before that one.
