Like many users, I'm excited about the new features and intuitive setup of Chrome. But upon my first foray into the browser, I was frustrated by the over-sensitivity of the scroll bar. I use a laptop with a touchpad mouse, with a simulated scroll wheel. Chrome's scroll bar is far too sensitive, even when using a regular mouse with a normal scroll wheel.
