In IE and Firefox, when I close the last tab, a new tab replaces it.
(ie. if I have 5 tabs open, each tab I close closes the tab, but when
I close the last tab, it closes the tab but what remains is a new
tab.) I prefer this.

I am terribly annoyed by the fact that Google Chrome closes when the
last tab is closed. Why doesn't it just leave a clean tab, or no
tabs? No---it has to close the whole freaking program when I "x" the
last tab....

Please make this a toggleable option or change it please.
