Very well stated and a fine idea. Having Google invest some of it's own 
search technology into Chromes history process would make Chrome a very 
unique and highly usable browser indeed. I'll add my vote for this one.

Also, speaking of Google's search technology, there is a minor but very 
necessary feature I'd like to see added to Chrome's/Chromium's History 
page and that's the ability to delete history items individually and not 
just by the day. It's also a feature that the other main stream browsers 
have had for quite awhile now.
