That might not be the best idea since "ctrl + enter" is standard [www." ".com] wrapping command for all other "mainstream" browsers and has been for a long time now. Keeping Chrome within what is considered browser UI and basic command/keyboard shortcut standards is very important. However, Jo's suggestion holds merit if say, something like, "alt + enter" could be used for "I'm Feeling Lucky".
