Chrome learns new search engines, etc, and makes them easily available
in the address bar.
Type "youtube" in the omnibar, and choose YouTube's home page. Do a
search on this home page.
Close the tab. From now on, when you type "youtube" in the omnibar
and hit tab, the omnibar should
change to a search bar reading "Search youtube for:".

All the search engines you use often should start showing up in the
omnibar, as searches carried out directly from the omnibar.
