Hi,

I'm currently experiencing an issue where sometimes Chrome has issues
loading random pages. I'll middle click on a link to open in a new
tab. The tab will show up with the URL in the URL bar but nothing
happens. Clicking "refresh" does not accomplish anything. Initially, I
just assumed it was a Internet hiccup somewhere, but as it has become
more frequent I found I could open the link in other browsers on the
same machine. Sometimes if I wait long enough, it might give me a bad
tab dialog. CPU is not busy during this time.

It also happens sometimes off the smart homepage. I'll click on a
site, the page will go white, the URL will show up in the bar, but
nothing else will happen. If I click refresh it will take me back to
the homepage.

I consider myself a heavy Internet user. I usually have 15+ windows
open with a couple of tabs in each. I can exhaust the FIFO cookie
store in a couple of days. And I don't usually exit out of Chrome, so
it is probably the same instance that I started up when I updated
previously (a couple weeks ago).

I will use the "Report a bug or broken website" if that is helpful,
but I'm guessing that won't contain sufficient information. I have
Visual Studio 2005 installed, and may be open to someone connecting
with a remote debugger, but I have no experience with that (I don't
really do much Windows development).

I'll hold off on updating for a couple of days. I am currently running
0.3.154.9.
