note, clicking on the link above does not work, but copying it, and
pasting it into the address bar will give the results i'm describing

ok, so it has to do with the kind of ftp server apparently, as this
works fine in both

ftp://ftp.microsoft.com/Products/Windows/Windows95/CDRomExtras/FunStuff/clouds.exe
