Ok, did the flash uninstall/install with a new installer downloaded from http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/ (after quitting all browsers). http://www.cnn.com/video/ is still broken. Starred the bug report.
Tried with Chromium 1.0.155.0 (Developer Build 7137).
