I know that you can already use the Omnibar to search sites that have
a search box which you've used before. But I would like to see some
type of management feature for this.

As far as I can tell, this is supposed to happen automatically, but it
doesn't always. So I'd like to be able to create keywords myself.
Perhaps by adding an option to the context menu of search boxes that
says "Add a keyword for this search" (Firefox already has this
feature).

Also, the automatic keywords for some sites are a bit lengthy,
wikipedia for example. I'd rather just type "wik" <tab> to start
searching in wikipedia rather than typing "wikipedia.org" <tab>. So
I'd like to be able to shorten the keywords used. Just another section
in the "Minor Tweaks" section of the options would be nice, that would
show the list of current keywords with buttons to "Add", "Remove" or
"Edit".
