Displaying the incognito icon on all incognito tabs sounds like a
great way to go.

I really like this idea, since one of the reasons I don't use
incognito as much as I (probably) should is that it starts a whole new
browser instance.  I tend to use the "clear browsing data" -> "Last
Day" more often, but that means that I lose data that I probably would
have otherwise kept...
