Nearly all of it is. Actually, the Chromium team tries to make changes
directly in WebKit and pull them into Chromium that way, rather than
ever changing WebKit inside Chromium (forking it). In some cases we've
had to fork WebKit temporarily, but we're working hard to undo all of
that and share all the same code with the WebKit project.
