Currently we have been using the defect report template for filing feature requests. I feel we should probably create a separate template for feature requests. Using this template would also mark the type as "feature".
Here is the template I am suggesting: What feature do you want implemented? A description of the feature will be described here. Use cases for this feature? 1. List of use cases this feature can provide are listed. 2. Another use case. 3. Etc. How can this feature be implemented? Describe how we could go about implementing this feature. Discussion thread: http://groups.google.com/group/chomium-features/... (I also suggest creating a separate mailing list for feature requests) Wiki pages: Links to any wiki pages for planning out the feature If you have any other improvements that should be added to this template please post them.
