I must be missing something. The bookmarks I created with Google Toolbar can only be accessed by signing into my Google account, so I'm assuming those are 'Live'. Otherwise 'Live' bookmarks, as I understand them, are those rss-type bookmarks, but these are created within Firefox, separate from Google.
