It seems a number of user questions are answered by something like
'how about CTRL-W'. While we have shortcut indicators for some menu
items, we are lacking shortcuts indicators for non-menu items. Some
have an obvious place to put them in but others do not.

At least for those that do, we could add them:
- The Tab context menu should at least show the shortcuts for all its
listed operations that have one (New Tab, Close Tab...)
- New Tab Button tooltip could show CTRL-T too.
- Close Tab Button tooltip could show CTRL-W too.

Not sure where we can place CTRL-O (Open) but this one is critical
because not only is there no shortcut, there is also no control or
menu item to do it.

The Ctrl-Enter shortcut which is standard in other browsers to jump to
a new URL in a new tab is also not supported (and if there is an
equivalent, it is not discoverable). We could have the shortcut listed
in the URL bar when a URL is typed or in the history drop down.

Let's see if someone can find better places for any of these (and the
ones I haven't discovered yet ;)
