Problems loading webpages with Chrome in Windows 7 x64 is this bug:
   http://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=4324

You can add a STAR to that issue to be notified of updates.

The current workaround is to add "--no-sandbox" to the shortcut target
used to start Chrome.

For other issues with Windows 7 or with Chrome in general, you can
file a bug at http://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/entry
