OK, I've added a "bug".
Hm, came to think of it; the dev quick start does not show how to add 
feature requests through the bug interface. Ah, I should add a new bug to 
create a "feature request" or "change idea" to the templates...

Eventually the bug will show on the list; at this point I cannot see it 
listed although it has been added.
