The display of history is a simple time stamped list. In IE and
FireFox, it is possible to display the list organized by site, then by
day. This is *much* more useful.

I realize this is going to be difficult for the Google developers, as
they are missing this basic functionality in gmail as well - where you
cannot sort mailboxes by the usual parameters ("from", "to",
"subject", as well as "date), but only by date.

The spirit of the exercise is that search cures all in the Google
world - I just don't agree: there is a lot of usefulness in browsing
an organized list, as I've recommended for Chrome (with its history)
and for Gmail (with its mailboxes).

I hope someone is listening.

Just because Google has the best search does not mean that search is
the *only* way to organize information.

Sincerely,

Ted Dushane
