This is exactly why there is a Go button.
I frequently re-use tabs to check pages, or modify a URL i copied from
a page before going to it. (and even though i know of Enter
activation, i still frequently click it anyway)
Without a Go, it would be horrible, and it is exactly why i hate the
new IE7 (among other things).  IE6 interface was fine, why did they
ruin it with their Vista GUI nonsense?
