Chrome got a problem with Windows 7 - when you got the window
maximised and have opened few tabs so they fill the window completely,
the last (few) tabs are conflicting with minimise/maximise/close icons
(they are hidden bellow the tab, but they got somehow higher priority,
so when you e.g. try to close the tab, you are minimising whole
chrome, so the only way how to close the last tab is ctrl+F4)
I also think that there is some problem when you got the windows
taskbar on the side (at least left) and set it so it hide and appear
when the mouse is far on left - sometimes when you got Chrome in
maximised state, it is not possible to show the taskbar as it does not
appear when you the mouse is on the left.
And I also think it need some small changes in appearance - e.g. the
tabs got no top padding, nor margin, when in maximised state.
