Using user scripts in the dev channel releases Flash Block and toggling
images should be possible today.

As far as Speed Dial, I really don't see why someone would need that on
Chromium given the Omnibar and the list of favorite sites when you open a
new tab.  I would bet that it is faster to navigate with Chromium than with
Firefox and that extension.  Maybe I was looking at the wrong "speed dial?"
