I have my computer set up as a local server for web development.
Yesterday I was in an area with no internet, but was editing my site
through xampp. When I went to load the page in chrome it wouldnt load,
however it worked just fine in ie, firefox, and opera. Please fix this
in future releases. Local servers do not require a internet connection
and thus should work without one.
