PLEASE IMPLEMENT THIS. Countless times have I accidentally closed the Chrome browser while a file was downloading, and the file download was canceled as a result. It's just a dialog box confirming "Are you sure you want to close the browser? Files are downloading." This would be a MASSIVE help. Thanks :)
