Daniele is right. Page setup will be implemented before print preview, no ETA. Print selection is pretty down on my list and won't be implemented this year, at least not from me, unless someone chimes in to help. This is because there is a clear workaround (e.g. copy-paste).
There are more important bug fixes that needs to be completed before diving down into these feature requests. Patches from people knowing C++ are welcome. Especially for issues tagged with HelpWanted. The time I take to write these emails is time I don't spend coding, so please be aware of the issue list and understand that we take them in account.
