Oh.... in your original post, you said changes for a "dev release", so I thought you meant the Dev Channel releases ( http://sites.google.com/a/chromium.org/dev/getting-involved/dev-channel ).
Of course, current development Trunk compiles are happening daily (and hourly!) as the Chrome devs do their work. That's the stuff you see at: http://build.chromium.org/buildbot/continuous/?C=M;O=D and I guess that's where the 169.x and 170.x builds are. But there won't be any changes notes for these versions because they are ongoing development testing compiles.
