I'm on optiplex360. Core2Duo CPU. 2 gigs of ram, Windows Vista. If I use chrome browser on MSNBC website to view a video (delivered in flash starting with a commercial, continuing to the video), my network connection goes from "connected" to "limited connectivity."
I do not have the same problem using IE 7.0.6001. 18000. When the network failure occurs, if I restart the computer, I can get the normal connection back. If i use Chrome to view a streaming flash on other sites, it will also make my connection fail. What is the problem here? What is the fix for this?
