Wiiboy is probably talking about Chrome 2.x where the section name is
just "Recently Closed" and does contain recently closed tabs _and_
recently closed windows.

But I agree with this post, taking a snapshot of all the tabs
_whenever I want_ needs to be implemented.  I don't necessarily want
just a snapshot of my tabs when I close the browser.
