Didn't know if this was the place for suggestions, but what about an option to vault a page into the most visited page (perhaps to the very top or very bottom). This way, you could jump start what that page will look like and get it on track more quickly. And then you would get to see if you were right: whether this is indeed something you will visit more than anything else and thus would remain in those rankings, or, that you don't use it as much as you thought.
