Are you sure you lost your profile data? My profile data is still in the Chrome directory. When you still have the profile data, you can approach them by making shortcuts to the browser with the addo: --user-data-dir="<profile directory>". If you wan't to make a new profile, just fill in a non-existing profile directory and the profile will be created by next startup.
