You can add a STAR to the following issues to be notified of updates:

1. Visited links are only marked as read, when the mouse was over them
again. (And on some pages never.)
Seems to work alright for me, although sometimes it does take a little
bit of time before a visited link is updated.
There is a similar issue: Issue 5160: Middle-clicking on a link
doesn't change the link to visited
http://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=5160

3. Choose more languages at the same time in the spell-checker
http://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=5102

4. Chrome should have a plug-in-manager
http://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=736

5. Could I ask what you mean by "formula-entries" should be able to be
saved?

6. Choose which personal data should be deleted when the program is
closed
I thought there was a Chromium issue for this, but I can't seem to
find it. Anyway, it has previously been suggested:

8. Reload and Stop should be only one single button.
http://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=3057

9. Bookmark menu links show a pop-up with page-title and URL
http://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=5246
