Making the popup items actual hyperlinks sounds like a good idea. I suspect that the devs want to keep that "window" entry as one entire group of tabs that gets restored as one entire window when clicked.
@Wiiboy, do you envision that if they were individual hyperlinks, clicking on one would restore just that one tab? Also, if the number of tabs in that popup is large, the bottom of the popup is below the bottom of the screen display and you cannot see all of it. If you try to move the mouse lower, the popup just disappears after you leave the window link. A vertical scrollbar does appear in the NTP, but I cannot make it scroll downwards neither with down-arrow key nor mousewheel scrolldown. Can anyone find a way to make the page scroll downwards to see the rest of the popup? Or maybe the popup should be changed to show entirely inside the NTP? But what if the number of tabs is really large, say 100 tabs or 150 tabs (ie. larger than the entire height of the screen from top to bottom)? Won't that require the vertical scroll to work?
