You can do this in Beta version of Chrome (2.0.172.8).

You can do this as well if you check Options - Basics - On startup -
Restore the pages that were open last. It will even restore all your
open windows if you will select Exit in wrench menu instead of closing
windows one-by-one.
Also you can restore last opened tabs and windows one-by-one from the
down-right corner of the New Tab page.
