Sorry, we do not have this functionality at this time. I understand the efficiency of having these close, to minimize mouse- movement. One solution I use it to place the taskbar to the top of the desktop. This makes it closer to the tabbar but also closer to menus of all applications. Mouse movement is therefore greatly minimized this way.
