I would like to donate an image to the project. I've made a (pretty basic and rough, I must admit) SVG image which I think would work nicely, at the very least, as a base for a more advanced image. You could also use it as a base for an animated image(rotate or change color with JavaScript, or convert it to an aPNG/gif image).
