While we wait, assuming you are on Windows, better just edit your
registry setting which will solve your problem.

Find the key:
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\HTTP\shell\open\command

Add any command line parameters you wish, say "--enable-extensions --
bookmark-menu" for example.
