(This path could vary, depending on your configuration of Chrome and the system.) These are the images for the title bar and the background of the toolbar. If you make the title bar image high enough (extend the height, I mean), it will also cover the frame. A large share of the market will not know how to change themes, and if the initial theme is the default "garbage bag blue" they will be put off.
