Go to Start-->Run... copy and paste the following text -%userprofile%\local
settings\application data\google\chrome\user
data\default\extensions\f0123456789abcdef0123456789abcdef0123456\1.0\images

(This path could vary, depending on your configuration of Chrome and the
system.)

These are the images for the title bar and the background of the toolbar.
If you make the title bar image high enough (extend the height, I mean), it
will also cover the frame.

Enjoy :)

Fantastic!! This will impact the installed base of Chrome.

Every specialist has some degree of tunnel vision, and although themes
may not seem important to a developer, they will be critical to the
acceptance of Chrome by the general public. The vast majority of the
users will have very little clue about the inner workings of Chrome,
but they will sure notice the color. Equally important will be what
the default theme is. A large share of the market will not know how to
change themes, and if the initial theme is the default "garbage bag
blue" they will be put off.

Thanks for clarifying this, I appreciate you taking the time. One last
question: how can I change the image myself? (I'm too thick to
understand your hint).
