The only exception so far is the release notes for 2.0.181.1, which is

I'm pretty sure the WebKit part is upgradeable separately from the
browser code.  In fact, the devs do this on a regular basis when
pulling in the latest nightly builds of WebKit into the Chromium
source.  You can ask the devs for more details at:
