I'm late on the chain here, but I'm adding my two cents to the UI issue. Ability to put tabs on the bottom. That's just for starters, but enough for this thread.
All you techie, geek types just hold on a second because I swear you guys are going to get an aneurysm the way that you take after people. This is an accessibility issue for me, I'm older with some physical disabilities in that my shoulders do not extend the arm as far anymore. So tabs on the bottom makes perfect sense for me. For everyone else, forgive me, but it is only extreme stupidity to put tabs on top and force everyone to gravitate the mouse up away from it's natural resting position ONLY to change tabs, open a new tab, etc. What the heck were you devs thinking? Or did you think at all? Again, simmer down children. I'm old enough that I learned to NEVER "love" something so much you can't face what's wrong with it. This Chrome still has problems that will make the non-tech minded folk turn away from it - and never come back. The devs don't need code-kiddies to test it and say what it needs, they need regular folk complaining about what doesn't work for them and the devs figure out how to make it better. Don't make the same mistake MS did for years. And don't give them the opportunity to catch up with you now. If you're trying to make something for the majority, then get out of this sandbox and find the real majority. --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ Chromium Discussion mailing list: [email protected] View archives, change email options, or unsubscribe: http://groups.google.com/group/chromium-discuss -~----------~----~----~----~------~----~------~--~---
