I'm working on it. The work of people making useful comments in the bugs database is very helpful, and I want to make it easier for those people to help even more. The main blocking issue has been that we can't grant access to edit bugs without granting access to all bugs. Many other projects restrict access to sensitive security issues, and we don't have a way to do that on code.google.com. I'll see if I can come up with a compromise.
