the avcodec-52.dll is a chromium extension of some sort. my guess is
that it is the extension that gives you the interface(so its
important).  i no this because i hack my psp all the time and it has a
"avcodec.prx" and it allows audio and visual for the xmb and games. so
that is all i can tell you, try redownloading or something.
