WOT (Web of Trust) is a plugin from http://www.mywot.com. It seems to
currently be available for Firefox and IE.

You will need to wait until the Chrome Extensions system is finished
before a WOT plugin/extension can be written. Details about the
ongoing work for the extensions systems can be found at:
http://dev.chromium.org/developers/design-documents/extensions

Also, even when the extensions system is finished, posting to this
group will _not_ help get a WOT plugin created for Chrome. You need
to inform the WOT developers at http://www.mywot.com to review their
requirements for Chrome extensions and get them to start developing
and testing a WOT plugin for Chrome.
