Chrome 1.x doesn't exist any more - the stable channel has now reached
version 2.0.172.33, which is based on Webkit 2. Updates are automatic,
so you don't have to worry about Chrome 1, and the only thing that
really matters is whether Chrome 2.x supports CSS 3. I'm not sure, but
I think it does, because Chrome 2 and 3 use more or less the same
revision of Webkit. One feature that Chrome 3 supports but isn't
present yet in Chrome 2 is the HTML 5 video tag, but I think it's the
only major difference.
