1. Seems nice. Maybe the OpenSearch specifications can be leveraged to also
support a few types of searches for a engine and Chrome could make use of
that, suggest that to OpenSearch, too.
2. Either I do not understand the request, or you are talking about an
existing feature.
The "control the current page button" means the button with the page icon
and an arrow next to it (simply called the page button)?
If so, do you refer to a text zoom or a whole page zoom? there is a context
menu for zooming the whole page.
Maybe you are not on Windows and it is not there because it might not be
supported in Linux or Mac just yet?
