I'm not convinced! There are billions of users in this world and surely these "tools" cannot accommodate every single user.That leads to the single users who need to bend over the software, not the software bending over the single users.
Different is the matter in case of absolute majority ( 1 billion users ask for the same feature ) or majority inside a target audience ( 100.000 fathers ask for parental control ) Daniele S.
