Not only with the resource tracking, this was consistent. Reloading a page
after it is being inspected (without closing the inspector) made it crash -
not all of the pages, though.I only had internal URLs to test it with, so I
cannot expose them.

Though, right now - I cannot reproduce at all.

Although, the "Inspect Element" option is not working properly in 4.0.202.0
- it does not select the element in the DOM view of the inspector.
