Paste & Go does this. But i wouldn't mind the ability to middle-click address bar to Paste & Go. Middle-click isn't used nearly enough for anything... I know some people are still stuck on 2 buttons, but limiting the browser as a whole isn't nice. Middle-click can be used to *extend* fairly easily.
Middle-click Back could go to the first occurrence of a chain of domain X. This would be the most useful of them all, so many sites result in you going through loads of pages. If it could auto-detect pages as well, even better. Shouldn't need more than 3 URL changes to detect page-browsing on a site. Most sites tend to use similar ways of expressing pages in a URL. Middle-click refresh could do what ctrl+refresh usually does. (or the Go button too) Ability to assign Middle-click Bookmark quick-bookmark folder? I usually use a temp-folder for things i have found interesting during the day and order it later. Or, (default action), middle-clicking bookmark button opens the bookmark bar?
