If anyone ever adds this feature in the future, i'd prefer if all extension items were added under a parent Extensions menu. I've seen some extremely messy context menus with Firefox addons clogging them all up. And Extensions sub-menus shouldn't be queried until the menu is actually hovered, mainly to keep it quick and efficient.
