Agree that a 'resume download' feature would be welcome, as would other improvements to the download manager. It often doesn't complete downloads 100%, yet there is no indication that anything went wrong.
Not so sure about the torrent thing... it could be handled as a plug- in. imho it's better that a torrent client be a separate application... there may be times you want to close down the browser and keep your torrents running. You do keep them running after completion to seed back, right?
