(1) So far, feature suggestions have been posted into this forum, and
if there seems to be favorable support, you can post a new issue/
feature request at http://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/entry

(2) For bookmark manager inline/F2 rename, you can add a STAR to the
following issue to be notified of updates:

(3) Multiple tab select and drag will come with Tabtastic 2:
