I notice in your Issue 27609, you reference to Chromium 4.0.246.0 (Developer Build 31896).
Is that part of your frustration about "another weekend, another crashing build"? Quite simply, the "Developer Build rNNNNN" builds are not "another build". They are just the daily/hourly testing compiles as the Chromium devs do their work in Chrome development. You certainly cannot have any expectation that these testing compiles will work entirely perfect without crashes. You could only have gotten a "Developer Build" from the hourly build directories. What kind of high expectations do you have for those? It's already been a few hours since the r31896 build; perhaps the problem may even be fixed in a more recent build? Definitely filing the bug report is a great idea! I'm just very surprised at your frustration about finding the crash. :-) On Nov 13, 4:03 am, Chen Yong <[email protected]> wrote: > Filed:http://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=27609 > > Another weekend, another crashing build. :( -- Chromium Discussion mailing list: [email protected] View archives, change email options, or unsubscribe: http://groups.google.com/group/chromium-discuss
